Ben Wright

Director

Ben graduated with a BSC(Hons) degree in Architectural Design and Technology in 2007 and has gained vast experience of knowledge across all construction sectors and project scales since this time.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked for three of the largest practices in the Cardiff area and was invited to become an Associate at his last practice where he worked alongside Dean.

Ben has been a fully Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) for several years, a recognition of which he is extremely proud to have achieved.

His experience has allowed him to gain an exceptional knowledge of the construction industry as a whole. A knowledge he applies to all his projects large and small.

With his positive attitude, problem solving skills and realistic approach, he is able to come up with design solutions to guide you through from initial concept, through to the finished building. 

Dean Lazenby

Director

Dean graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Architectural Technology and HND in Building Surveying in 2002 and begun his career working on a wide range of MOD projects across the East of England.

Returning to Wales a few years later he started working out of a very established Architectural practice based in Cardiff. He has amassed a vast experience in all sectors of design and construction including Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Education and Retail. 

Having almost two decades of experience in such a wide variety of sectors, has enabled him to be diverse and adaptable to all types projects and scales.

Dean has been a fully chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology for several years and during this time has worked through the ranks of one of the top AJ100 Architectural firms to the position of Director, before deciding to partner with Ben in establishing their new practice. 

Ray Lazenby

Project Manager

Ray has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and brings a huge amount of knowledge and experience to Regeneration Design & Management ltd. He started out in the industry as a Bricklayer and Carpenter and has progressed throughout his career to fulfil many roles including Estimator, Office Manager, Technical Director and Managing Director. He holds two City and Guilds Certificates in Bricklaying and Carpentry & Joinery, a level 3 BTEC National Award in Construction and an HNC in Building Technology and Management. He has developed his skills in project management, strategic / financial planning and client relationship management as part of his directorship roles over the years. He has been responsible for many prestige projects and has strong leadership skills, is a good communicator and works well with others. Ray is responsible for the day to day running of our development projects, helping to plan them and keep them on programme.
