We are delighted to have completed on the sale of the Chapel in Llantwit Major. The new owners moved in last week and are very happy with their new home.  We completed the conversion from start to finish within 6 months of receiving planning permission with our team of subcontractors. It involved stripping the building back to its stone wall shell and building it back up to a new 4 bed luxury home. The steels are here!

Stripping out work is now complete on the main part of the chapel ready for the work to begin. First job will be to install 3 huge beams to support the first floor and keep the ground floor as open plan as possible.
