Project Management:

RDM recently undertook the project management of a garden room extension that we added to the rear of our property. The finished room is light and airy, opening onto the rear garden via tri-folding doors and has enhanced the living space in our home.

We are absolutely delighted with the finish project which was managed in a very professional and friendly way at all times.

Plan and drawings:

Plans and drawings were produced incorporating our thoughts and ideas and we welcomed the opportunity to discuss any suggestions made by Ben that allowed us to maximise the space and add to the overall effect.

Planning:

All communication with the Planning Department and the on site visits with the Council's representatives were undertaken by RDM which gave us confidence that all requirements were being met at all times. This removed any need for us to be directly involved.

On site support:

Ben visited the site on a daily/regular basis to liaise and co-ordinate with builders, electricians etc which kept the build flowing at all times which in turn ensured that the overall project was completed within the agreed time frame. The overall attention to detail and quality of workmanship was maintained throughout due to the high standards and expectations set by Ben.
